DLL files can easily be replaced with spyware dlls. They don't even need to be replaced, they can just be placed. In the case that they are replaced however your probably going to get a dll alert error window while trying to run an application that requires a specific function that the dll no longer contains. The obvious solution would be dll spyware removal software, or just spyware removal software.
